Halton Hills Hydro Inc. ("HHHI") is pleased to file its 2012 Cost of Service Electricity Distribution Rate Application (EB-2011-0271) with the Ontario Energy Board ("the Board"). HHHI is submitting its 2012 Cost of Service Electricity Distribution Rate Application in accordance with all directives and guidelines issued by the Board. HHHI is requesting an effective date of May 1, 2012 for the implementation of the Proposed 2012 Tariff of Rates and Charges.
