Getting Started

We at Halton Hills Hydro Inc. are very pleased to offer to our customers this convenient and quick way to access account history.

You are only a few clicks away from reviewing your account information on-line. The registration process will require you to have your account number, your current bill date and a valid e-mail address. It is critical that your current bill date is actually your latest one, if it is not you will not be able to register. Your account number is printed on your statement and on any correspondence received from our office. If you need to know your current bill date you can contact Customer Care at: (519)-853-3701 or (905)-453-2222. Simply key in your account number and PIN at the Sign On page to access your account information. If you do not have a PIN you must register by entering your account number and current bill date on the Create PIN page.

Your PIN can be 3 - 10 characters long and can contain both letters and numbers. You will also have to enter a valid E-mail address. Once you have entered all of the requested information, press, "SUBMIT". A Thank-You screen will appear and a conformation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided. IMPORTANT: The e-mail sent to you from "inquiries@haltonhillshydro.com" will contain your account number, your newly defined PIN, your PIN clue, and a link that you MUST click to complete the registration process. The link will take you to the account inquiry screen and prompt you for your account number and PIN. Press "Sign-On" and a confirmation screen will be displayed to let you know you have successfully registered.

Purpose:

Halton Hills Hydro On-line software provides up-to-date account information for both water and sewer. Through this secure site customers can view billing history, payment activity, and service and consumption summaries. Your account number, bill date, and an active e-mail address are all you need to access your information.

Benefits:

Provides our customers with real-time access to account information over the Internet 24 hours a day 7 days per week. Billing and/or payment inquiries can be addressed at the customer's convenience.

Features:

PAYMENT HISTORY – View both applied and pending payments (payments entered but not posted) and current billing information

ACCOUNT INFORMATION – Displays current balance, last payment made, account status, (active or inactive) and current billing information

CONSUMPTION INFORMATION – Consumption history can be displayed by billing period or in graph form comparison. Current meter reading and average daily usage is also displayed.

BILLING HISTORY – View your past bills including bill date, due date; balance forward, payments and adjustments, and current charge detail. A summary of past bills can be easily viewed and printed.

SERVICE SUMMARY – View in graph format water and/or sewer charges.

Security:

To protect your privacy, the Account Inquiry System requires you to enter your account number and current bill date. Once you have successfully registered, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address set up when you register. You must reply from that email address to initialize your online account access. The web server uses 128-bit encryption standard to provide secure access for all connections. Utilities account information is retrieved from Halton Hills Hydro Inc. computer system. No sensitive information is actually stored on the web server.
