2024 Customer Satisfaction Survey

Halton Hills Hydro is conducting our Customer Satisfaction Survey this October, and we want to hear from you! As part of our commitment to excellent service, we conduct this survey every two years, as mandated by the Ontario Energy Board.

This year, we’re partnering with UtilityPULSE, an independent survey firm, to ensure a thorough and unbiased process. Your responses will remain confidential, and our team will only see aggregated results.

We are offering two convenient ways to participate: through telephone interviews and online surveys. A random selection of our customers will receive a call or an email with a link to complete the survey online.

UtilityPULSE will never ask for your account number or any payment information, and the survey will take less than 10 minutes of your time. Your individual responses will be completely anonymous, so please share your honest feedback!

Your feedback is invaluable in helping us understand your needs and improve our services. If you receive a call from UtilityPULSE or an email from Halton Hills Hydro, we encourage you to take a few moments to share your thoughts. Your opinion truly matters!
