Halton Hills Hydro is excited to launch a new upgraded customer portal providing customers with a new easy to use interface to see their information.
The new AccountOnline provides one place for customers to view past bills and payments, see their electricity and water billing information and detailed energy use. Customers with more than one Halton Hills Hydro account can easily see the data for all of their locations in one place.
The new system provides the added convenience of links to major financial institutions for easy bill payment. As well, there are no more downtimes for maintenance. View your data anytime, on any device.
For customers who were enrolled in our old customer portal, the transition is seamless – your email address on file is your new user name and your password remains the same. If you have not yet registered for AccountOnline, all you need is your account number and meter number to enroll.
