Customer Satisfaction Survey Underway

Halton Hills Hydro is currently conducting our Customer Satisfaction telephone survey. The Ontario Energy Board requires all local distribution companies to survey their customers every two years to evaluate customer service.
This survey is an important tool to help us understand our customer’s needs and perceptions and find ways to improve our services. The survey is being conducted by an independent third party survey company, UtilityPULSE and all responses are kept confidential. They are randomly calling a selection of our customers.
