How are we doing?
Halton Hills Hydro is pleased to present our 2014 Scorecard.
This document highlights our performance in a number of key categories such as Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Safety and Reliability, Asset Management and Cost Control.
We have met or exceeded our targets in every one of these areas. Did you know? Our Customer Care agents responded to 27,285 calls from customers in 2014. We issued 145,000 bills and achieved a billing accuracy rate of 99.95%
Halton Hills Hydro achieved 103.6% of our target for Conservation and Demand Management kWh savings. The only target that we did not meet was the Conservation and Demand Management Net Annual Peak Demand Savings target. This target was set by the Ontario Government and was not met due to the cancellation of some province wide Demand Response programs. The Ontario Government has removed Demand savings as a target going forward and is instead focusing on overall energy savings.
Based on recent customer satisfaction surveys, 90% of our customers are very or fairly satisfied with us.
We are proud of our results in 2014 and continue to strive to meet or exceed our targets in all areas of our business.
